Februay 5, 2013: 69 and Counting…..
3rd Snow day in a row! (10-miles – Treadmill) – 68:20. I felt decent during the actual run. Again though, working down to around 6:20
pace on this treadmill felt harder than running 6:00 pace just 2 days ago on my
long run). After the run, I got the
chills, and felt very cold. I’m not sure
if it was dehydration or a slight fever.
Anyway, it was good effort-based run to get my legs going a bit after
the day off.
